Wasn't exactly sure where to put this, since they're not a D20 publisher, but I thought EN Worlders would be interested: Goldleaf Games will be premiering their new chat-based RPG at GenCon in Indianapolis this week.

CODE OF UNARIS, whose setting was one of the 11 quarter-finalist settings chosen in the Wizards of the Coast setting search, is a chat-based, non-D20 RPG. For further details, including setting information, artwork and a Flash-based example of play, check the website at http://www.goldleafgames.com

The first 100 gamers who come to Goldleaf Games' booth at GenCon will receive a free copy of the rulebook.

Just wanted to say that this is a really sharp idea. An RPG rules-set specifically designed for online chat would be very handy and I look forward to checking it out.

One question, will this be print only or can we also purchase a PDF version?

Not sure, actually....check their website. I think that Gary mentioned that they'll be releasing a stripped-down version of the rules, minus the setting-specific info, as a PDF, so that it could be used for ANY setting. I expect that he'll probably put something up on the Goldleaf site about it...but that it will probably wait until after they're back from GenCon.
