Another Warlock EB question

Can Hideous blow be used with one attack of a full-attack sequence?
(and moving slightly into house rules...)
If not, would there be any real issue with allowing it to be part of a full attack?

As written, no. It is a standard action, and you only get one standard action per round. So you can do a move action and one hideous blow, and that is it.

As for houseruling it, the obvious difference is that you would get multiple hideous blows per round, with the corresponding increase in damage making the warlock better in meelee. While this is obviously better for the player of the warlock, it is up to the DM to decide whether this would be a Good Thing or a Bad Thing.

On the house rule thing, I was thinking only the first (highest BAB) attack would be the HB. The rest would be normal attacks. Still too much?

Make it a feat, or a new invocation.

Note that there are many feats (like shot on the run) and class abilities that let you do cool things with attacks but don't let you do cool things with standard actions. Your house rule would open the door to using some of those cool feats and class abilities. This may cause some possible "power ups" that are unintended.
