What's the context? Who is setting these traps?
The real basic one that comes to mind would be glyphs of warding set to trigger in the presence of dwarves. Or the glyph can store up to a 3rd level spell. Greater Glyphs (a 6th lvl spell) would be another option, and can store up to 6th level spells.
Or are we looking for traps that affect dwarves using their dwarfness against them? Something that slows people in the area by 20'.. completely immoblizing dwarves, but only slowing down more quick-footed races.
Something that messes with their stonecunning abilities that lead them into danger (or way off course) but someone not relying on those abilities would be unaffected.
