:) Captain America is known for his fighting style. In game terms I think this should be portrayed as having the Accurate Attack, Power Attack and Defensive Attack feats. This lets Cap get around using trade offs and adjust his style to fight individual opponents.

 Thor comes out as WAY to expensive for what he can do. I blame weather control, which is way to costly for what it does. It really should be a 1 or 2 point power.

:erm: Thor is a really complicated character. Lots of powers and base abilities.

 Both Superman and Wonder Woman, are way more balanced then Thor. Thor will have trouble hitting most opponents of his PL, but there are few people in the Marvel Universe of Thor's power. Of course what Thor lacks in accuracy, he makes up for in hitting power.

:D Invincible comes in at exactly PL 12/180PP without even trying! PC ready!

:DInvincible is basically Superman Light, without the laundry list of other abilities and drawbacks.

Nuclear Blast

Powers:
Nuclear Blast (Blast 20) (DC 35 to 40, Power Feats: Indirect, Progression, Incr. Area Extra 9 (area x1000), Progression, Increase Range 11 (range x5000), Extras: Area, Burst (100 ft. radius - General))

:uhoh: Ok, so I thought I would post a simple Nuclear Weapon for comparison to my other builds.

:uhoh: The blast can hit an entire city from anywhere on earth.

 A PL 15 character could get a low powered nuclear blast for about 35% of their PP.

DCU Vs Marvel Universe

In a theoretical fight between the big three of DC and Marvel respectively, I would give it to DC, but it would be close.

Captain America would go full defensive and use his Inspire and Hero Points to give Thor 6 attacks at +5 Atk each. This would be enough to take out superman, but thor would be nearly out by the end of the fight.

Iron Man attacks Wonder Woman and looses pretty fast.

Batman, attacks Captain America and would Win after awhile.

All in all, the DC character's would grind down their Marvel counter parts. This makes since because DC tends to be more powerful in general. Of course the rolls might change this a dramatically.

In the fight between Batman and Captain America, it would depend on setting. If Batman can use his Hide in Plain Sight, he would win easily against Cap. If not, Cap has the clear advantage.

Benchmarking INT

I haven't seen any posts regarding the benchmarking of intelligence. My own basic outline is this

To convert INT to I.Q., multiply INT by 10. So a 10 INT is a 100 I.Q. This seems pretty reasonable and gives us a base for comparing super heroes to real world people. Note that the difference between each two points of INT is equal to a two standard deviations in I.Q. or two orders of magnitude.

INT 18: PHD's who are the head of their fields. In real life these people can change the world, or the way it is viewed.

INT 20: A 200 IQ is a 1 in a billion phenomenon. This is the first level of 'super genius'. suitable for characters who have one or two super science inventions under their belt. Peter Parker, Mr. Freeze, Scarecrow, Bruce Banner.

INT 22: Never seen in the real world. Norman Osborn, Magneto, Beast,

INT 24: Bat Man, Iron Man.

INT 25: Heroes who are supposed to be smarter then even the geniuses of their world. Hank Prym.

INT 30: Dr. Doom.

INT 40: Mr. Fantastic. I choose 40 for Reed mainly because it is the highest INT a level 10 character could get (Peak Average Hero). Higher levels then this would be really hard to justify and roleplay.

INT > 40: Galactus, Ultron.
