Any CafePress Experiences?

Just wondering if anybody has good or bad experiences with CafePress to share. Were you happy with the quality of the items you ordered? Did they pay you on time for items you sold? Any run-ins with customer service people?

I have ordered items from a few CafePress shops and have always been pleased with the quality of the items I received. I can't speak to the selling side of things, but know a few people who have and they haven't experienced any problems.

I've never sold anything through Cafepress, but the stuff I've bought has been decent (t-shirts for my players when they finished RttToEE). I do know people who have sold stuff through Cafepress, but all of them sold on a non-profit basis so payment wasn't an issue.

Many Cafepress "stores" have links to external sites - you'd probably have better luck following some of those to get in contact with people who have dealt with Cafepress.

If we're thinking of the same place, we used it for our NWCon events at Neverwinter Connections, we had a store with various clothes, mugs, etc. and it worked out very well. The shirt I bought was of excellent quality and the logo hasn't fractured yet with about 20 washings.
