Any faithful conversion of Dante's Divine Comedy (Inferno/Purgatory/Paradise) into planes?

The D&D planes of Heaven and Hell are only loose approximations of the places depicted in Dante's The Divine Comedy. I know Inferno 1980 detailed Hell as depicted in Dante's Inferno for AD&D. But I don't know of any adaptations for 3rd edition or Pathfinder.

Does anyone know of 3rd edition or Pathfinder adaptations of Hell, Mount Purgatory, and Paradise directly from the Divine Comedy? The "modern" version depicted in the macabre puppet show adaptation? Or even the atrocious video game adaptation, which is literally designed as a dungeon crawl?
