Does anyone know where I can find a good set of d20 mech rules?

No, but I do know that Mongoose is doing something and Dream Pod 9 has done something else (and DP9 do a lot of non-d20 mech stuff). That should give you a start point at least.

As s/LaSH says mongoose is releasing some.

they are called Armageddon 2089: Total War and have the same grim and gritty "feasible" feel that Battletech had.

Mecha d20 by Guardians of Order is supposed to come out in July. Giving their track record, I expect it to be pretty good.

Given that Dream Pod 9's highly acclaimed D20 Mecha Compendium was created with these rules, it probably will be.
