Any new news on fluids boards going back up?

Yeah -- apparently they're not just moving their boards, they're going to be moving the whole website. That's (in theory, right? )gonna happen this week and then there's the issue of the domain name transfer, and then that should be it. I'm told patch #1 should be following immediately.

I just saw this over on Wizard's Board - http://boards.wizards.com/rpg/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=133;t=000825

Stating that those that have the eTools that runs without the CD will have to send their CD in to get another CD since the patch wont work. That sounds like a BS answer from a Wizards Support person, do you know from your contact with Fluid if there is any validity to this?

I read that also and it is BS if its true. They will penalize those of us who were first to buy and support ET by making us pay shipping to send it in, have to wait for its return to get the update etc. etc. If they do that sounds like class action law suit time to me.
Also on another thread a guy said he was talking to the wiz customer service guy and they were even indicating that WOTC was going to handle service, taking it over from fluid. And that they thought fluid might be down on purpose. And that they would prob be releasing the code eventualy. Any truths you can verifie here EricN? Since you seem to have a line to the fluid guys I thought I would ask. Im hoping all this is just bad rumors or bad info from WOTC

Actualy the guy i mentioned talked to WOTC CS. And instead of sticking my head in the sand and wondering if its true or not I decided to seek the truth.
