Yes. It's been edited and in layout. I'm not sure where it falls on the schedule, but it should be within the next few months.

It varies. d20 Modern is built off of the same basic engine, but there are a few differences (you'd have to translate a few skills and feats).
The bulk of the "steampunk" rules in Imperial Age Engines (which borrowed heavily from GOO's Mecha d20) can be used as-is (Hardness serves the same function as Damage Reduction). The cost of an engine in gold pieces is (Engine Point Cost) x (Engine Point Cost) x 2. If you want detailed vehicle combat rules, they are freely available in the Modern SRD.
The Magick book is also very easy to convert to D&D. In a low-magic campaign, dabblers in the dark arts would use the skills-and-feats system. For a "standard" D&D campaign, it is not difficult to adapt the Hermetic Disciple (which would replace the Wizard).
I'd be happy to help anyone that wants to convert their IA stuff to standard OGL rules.
