Any rules for ageing characters starting above 1st level?

I know the ph gives starting ages for character at 1st, but what if you start one at like 8th level?

Not officially, but you could always extrapolate from this article by Sean K Reynolds about commoner advancement. Sean reckons you'll get to 9th level by about 60 if just living normally. Also remember that this was under the 3e rules, not 3.5 and the changes to xp might alter the way it works, but it makes sense to me...

But I'd just make it up myself. If you assume the PC ahs been adventuriong earlier, then he could only be a year or two from startign age, dependign on how training is handled.
