Any way to re-size magic items?

Lately my group has been fighting lots of Ogres, Giants, etc with decent magic weapons and stuff. Problem is, I play a halfling and everyone else in the group is Medium sized (or smaller). The DMG says clothing, armor and jewlery re-size, but what about weapons? Shrink Item only applies to non-magical items, is there any way to size-down magical weapons?

Not that I know of. Personally, I'd allow the big weapon to be reforged into a smaller one, essentially providing a 50% discount to making a new weapon as long as it had the same abilities.

polymorph object works real nice and you can make it in to any weapon
