dont know if this is legal in the forums, but i would like to know if theres a good site with a concise (sp?) review of 4ed, like if i would explain to someone "whats the diference of 4ed to 3ed?".
some review with "bad points" and "good points", but at the same time, not just a long list of things that changed

(gee, i think that i cant understand myself! :heh: )

dont whanto to start flames or anything, i just dont know where to ask for this kinda of help :)

I think you need to wait until 4E is released muchacho.
Until then I think we have only positive reviews from the official playtesters, and some fan playtests with the pregens (so there won't be much infomation regarding rules).

not enought to make a review?

It would be like having a review of a movie by watching the trailer. There is not enough information to make a valid review.

No. A review looks at a whole and comments on it. Our knowledge of 4e is far from complete, so any assessment at this point is not a fair one.

ok,thanks all!

(it may look very dumb for you guys, but i really dont had that perception of the things. i thought there was so much to compare btween edition. my mistake! ;))

I did a 4e playtest this weekend with the assumed rules and the pregen characters and from what I could tell DM it was head and shoulders above 3e. And it looks like making cool monsters and npcs won't require calculus which is always nice.

I think the people who won't like it as much are the ones who are really into the bookkeeping of vancian magic and magic item creation and the consistency of monsters following the rules of player creation.
