Yeah, I definitely let any pie, especially Pecan Pie, sit a while before cutting into it. Also, I made it on Christmas Eve and we didn't eat it until Christmas Day, so I think that's enough time to wait.
I was going to post pics, but my new digital camera (only had it a month!) died. I am so p.o.'ed!
Anyway, everyone who tried the pie loved it. In fact, I think I will have some leftover pie today. It tasted great.
