Anyone has a favorite Adventure Path?

I am a newb to Pathfinder, never played it but like the concept.

Is the new pathfinder set considered 4e? If not it is still 3.5e and will work with the Age of Worms adventure?

When is Paizo going to update and release a 4e version of AoW?

Hi Tyler,

The new Pathfinder will be for their new game system called Pathfinder and a lot of people just call it D&D 3.75 to put it in another way. You can run Age of Worms with the new ruleset; however to run it for 4e, you'll need to work up some conversions.

I don't think Paizo will do any support for 4e though as they were pretty stoked on releasing their own ruleset. However, some 4e players here on the threads like the APs and are doing work on conversion, so maybe you'll be able to catch their blogs or posts that discusses their conversions!

Happy Gaming!

It's not Age of Worms, but you can find a number of conversion blogs for other Paizo adventure paths floating around.

I run a project blog converting the Rise of the Runelords adventure path to 4th Edition, and you can find finished, compiled PDFs of the conversions for the first two adventures at the blog (Tales from the Rusty Dragon). The third adventure's PDF should be up within a week or two.

There is also a Savage Tide conversion blog (The Chronicles of Abysm) as well as a Legacy of Fire conversion blog (Blog Under a Wanderin' Star), neither of which are run by me.

As far as I know, Paizo doesn't own the rights to anything printed under Dungeon or Dragon Magazine - they reverted to WotC when the license was terminated. In short, that means Paizo can't do a Pathfinder (or 4E) revision for Age of Worms or Savage Tide unless they get another license to do so.

That adventure is what got me into Paizo, actually.

Same here... I enjoyed playing in a RotRL campaign so much, I'm now running a conversion of it for my 4E group. Still got a while till they reach Mammy Graul though, they're only just exploring Thistletop now.

Really? We have an entire page of information....

What else would you suggest we add, excepting actually giving the entire path away for free? I've certainly never seen an adventure path with a tenth of the pre-sales information we provide.

Opsie... I guess what's mostly lacking is interest on my part. I followed a banner link once and as far as remember, it led into a morass... Maybe there was Too Much information initially?

Anyway, I'll look at this again with an eye on how you've presented it.

(Sorry if this is slightly OT)
