Anyone heard of this list of chaotic effects?

Hey, a while back I got a hysterical list of chaotic effects (It was called "Jester's <something> List" something-or-other), the kind that could be caused by a Deck of Many Things or maybe a weird spell effect. It had things like:

Nose is replaced with [body part from Table IV]
Hair turns permanently [color from Table IX],
+2 to all saving throws
Grows 1d4 inches; gains 10lbs./in.
You turn to stone
You make mental contact with bizarre being from beyond the stars; -4 to Wis (it knows your there now!)
Gain phobia of [Table V]

And so on... Anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, do you know where I can find it? I had a print out, but I seem to have lost it.

That was The Jester's list of chaos "gifts" from characters touching an Obelisk of Na'Rat in Cydra; Na'Rat is the embodiment/deity of chaos in his Cydra setting, and he made a list of stuff that can happen to characters who touch one of Na'Rat's Obelisks. Lessee if I can find the link to it......
