NC Gamers, I need your attention and I need it quickly:
Considering the resounding success of the last NC Game Day, I'd like to put together another one. All the particulars of who will run what games and who will play what games and who will get some "JUSTICE" can be left for a later time (and thread). Right now we just need to know one thing: When in August CAN'T you play?
See, if I asked, "What day in August would be best for you?" then I'd get 15 different answers. But by telling me that you can't play on a certain weekend then I can take the results and pick a time that doesn't NOT work (gotta love the double negative) for the most number of people.
With this information we'll select a day and then our good buddy NCSU Code Monkey will reserve us space in the NCSU Student Center like last time. That way when somebody says, "Can you come see my dog dance in a competition on the weekend of the 16th?", you can say, "Nope! NC Game Day II is scheduled for that day." Or if somebody says, "My sister is a supermodel. Could you give her an oil massage on the weekend of the 16th?", you can say, "Yep. But I'll have to cancel my appearance at NC Game Day II, which I know for a fact is on the same day."
In any event, we need to get this question answered fairly quickly because Code Monkey is leaving the country in a couple weeks and needs to make the arrangements by early next week. Also, even if your answer would be, "Gee Rel, my schedule is WIDE OPEN an I'll come to the Game Day any time you want to schedule it. Especially if you're there, since you are sooooo dreamy." please just post a quick "I have no preference but I would like to attend." That's because we want to try and get a vague idea as to how many people are coming.
So speak now or fail to have your schedule taken into consideration for NC Game Day II: Electric Boogaloo!
