Anyone make any more potions?

Maybe use an item bonus instead of enhancement. That way it does not stack with most magical gear (many of which give an item bonus to skills, etc.). Alternatively, make it a power bonus (a couple of items bestow those).

As an aside, I would not allow anything to grant bonus to attack or defenses, unless it specifically duplicated a power. Miscellaneous magic items no longer give those bonuses, potions probably should not either.

Item bonuses=Enhancement Bonus. Items give enhancement bonuses(although some that have powers attached can give power bonuses from their powers). The reason I suggested it was so that it wouldn't stack with magic items. As for skills, some items do give item bonuses to skills, but I was referring exclusively to things that would upset the balance of combat.

Bracers of mighty striking do not give an enhancement bonus, but gives item bonus to damage. PH 225, under "Enhancement", only specific items give an enhancement bonus. Enhancement bonus and item bonus are different things. Specifically there are items that grant both enhancement bonus to AC and an item bonus to skills (i.e. dwarven armor, PH 229).

However, whether an item bonus to attack or defense exists is up for debate.

I get a kick out of the fact that the PHB refers to elixirs in a number of locations and yet there are no elixirs in the book.

Edit: Palladion, man, you've got to stop using that grey text. Your posts are barely readable.
