I do intend to get it. But so many things to get... DCC 48, DCC 35, MMV, Exemplars of Evil, Mind Divine, World on Fire, SC 2.0 second printing, McWOD, Castle Whiterock, etc.
I've seen it. It's very Arcanis-centric in the fluff. My initial read-through though informed me that the person doing monsters for the book might not have known exactly what they were doing (I seem to recall a high CR undead with abilities and things that just weren't suited to it being as high a CR as it was). I was a little iffy also as it was billed as playtested by their RPGA-like organization, which 1) I don't trust for balance, and 2) I don't see how that happened.
ALL THAT SAID, I still really liked it. It's really got some original stuff that I'd love to steal and throw into my home-game, It's got fixes to powers that make sense, and aren't just copy and paste jobs. It's jam-packed too, which is something Paradigm does really well in lots of their books.
If you can, try to look at it a bit before you buy it.
