The dragon is none other than Tiamat, the five headed dragon god of the chromatic dragon. An old friend of the skull.
The sword is made of Baatorian Green steel. and it is of lawful enchanment.
The skull float atop the admantine armor with red light in place of eyes and a green aura as is spirit.
The kind of strange skull pillar in the back is, well, the Pill of Skull on the first layer of Hell Avernus.
From the creator it is night, and the ground is burning.

I was going to color the image, but thought I'd give it a shot in 3D. Before I add anything else to it- any comments?

Well the thing that jump at me is the body... it should be just an armor full plate(gauntlet) they are moving and keeping in place because of the spirit that now reside in the full plate so only see the green come out of hole in the armor (plate spacing)

oh also no need of scabar... he got glove of storing for his 2 Greatsword

so that would be the last point he use a greatsword


But that's great work! would like to do that kind of stuff.
