Anyspell & Divine Crafting?

There are a few really good Wondrous Items that require Divine spells, but many of them are based off Arcane. I'm trying to effectively design a Divine Crafter of magical items.

Primary question: Would Anyspell be sufficent for a Cleric crafter of magical items to apply the appropriate Arcane spell?

Secondary question: What ways might one make an effective Divine crafter of magical items? In addition to taking all the crafting feats (Craft Wondrous, Arms and Armor, Brew Potion, Forge Ring, Craft Wand, etc.) are there Domains, spells, PrC's and so on that would aid the Divine crafter?

1. No, because it functions like a retrieval in which casting the spell is the call. When crafting you don't actually cast the spells you just have the knowledge of the spell.
2. A cloistered cleric is an obvious way to start. Artifice domain gives you those some of the crafting spells of wizards as well as +4 untyped bonus to craft. Rune domain gives you the important scribe scroll feat. If crafting is your goal than Maester from the Complete Adventurer gives you more crafting feats and halves the crafting time. On, the power end a Runecaster can open up a lot of options.
