Anything like the SRD for OD&D?

I guess this might be hopeless...

But is there anything publicly available online about OD&D rules (I mean, the 1974 or the Holmes)? Something that could be used for setting up a small game to get a preview of how it works?

No SRD for any D&D version before 3e... WotC is just sitting on the IP.

I think OSRIC &/or LL adequately fills this roll. I don't think the specific rules differences matter so much during the "introduction". With a bit of judicious copying/pasting you could tweak either to be a bit closer to your own version of oD&D.

Of course, the Holmes Basic Set was itself intended & did serve that purpose.

The most valuable element of the oD&D booklets & the Holmes booklet (in light of OSRIC & LL), IMHO, is the "vibe", which would get lost in an SRD-ish equivalent anyway.

(Although, I find that both OSRIC & LL have their own vibes, which I enjoy as well.)

I am actually working on this. I am currently trudging through the magic user spells. I am slow and have a lot of distractions so I have no time frame for when it would be done.
