I'm looking for anything new for the these 2 game systems. I would like you opinion on them too. I'm currently trying to make Traveller20 in to a Star Trek supplement , so any ideas will be helpful.

d20 Modern is a good system. The current edition is still available. WotC have yet to formally decide if they're going to make a new edition or successor. Would be stupid of them not to, IMNSHO.

d20 BESM is also a good system using point-based feature. Guardians of Order sadly shut down. No words on who will pick up the BESM franchise.

T20 is also a good system using the 3e Player's Handbook. The background history mechanics would be perfect to determines one's "tours of duty" in Starfleet or Klingon Defense Force. I remembered they post an article on how to apply the history mechanics to any d20 games, including D&D. Unfortunately, that article was long ago.

Actually at one time there was talk of a d20 Modern Prime Directive.

Not sure if it is still planned or not.
I like d20 Modern. Recently scored alot of d20 Modern stuff off of ebay for a good price. 3pp are still supporting it.

Actually, BESM went to White Wolf. They published one print run of BESM 3E and that was it. Currently, it appears as though BESM is dead in all its forms including BESMd20. Maybe White Wolf will do something with it, but I'm not holding my breath.

As for the whole Traveller -> Star Trek thing.... sorry, I've got nothing.

Nick Logue's Sinister Adventures is providing some d20 Future support. That's the only new publisher off the top of my head. RPG Objects is moving towards thier Modern20 System. I'm not sure if they have any new d20 Modern product planned.

Good, because there are better ways to die than asphyxiation.

Sorry, can't see White Wolf doing other than another Storyteller System product, though they could pass it to one of their subsidiaries. Yes, White Wolf is a parent company much like Hasbro.

If you are not tied specifically to WOTC, there is a lot of good d20M supplements out there (and I'd say better than WOTC's take).

I am going to provide two lists of things to look at. The first list should, imo, should be in every d20 Modern GMs or player's collection. The second list is for GMs and players interested in a particular genre.

Section 1: Imo, what every d20 Modern GM and Player should own (* means the pdf might still be on sale for $1.00. The Adamant stuff marked * definitely is $1.00. However, Elements of Magic: Mythic Earth may no longer be).

- Blood and Fists (RPGObjects) and Blood and Fists: Hong Kong Knights (RPGObjects): An expansion of d20M martial arts. It is in my opinion the best d20 handling of Martial Arts. You can get the two combined (along w/ two other martial arts supplements) in the Blood and Fists: Master Edition.

- Elements of Magic: Mythic Earth* (EN Publishing): Alternate system for magic

- Psychic's Handbook (Green Ronin): Alternate system for mind powers

- Modern Player's Companion (The Game Mechanics): new occupations, advanced classes, PrCs, spells and equipment from one of the designers. Also contains great insight into the design of d20M which should have been included in the d20M rules.

- Foe Factory: Modern* (Adamant Entertainment) Quick NPC generation rules

- Hot Pursuit* (Adamant Entertainment) Chase Rules

- Hot Pursuit:On Foot* (Adamant Entertainment): A companion to Hot Pursuit

Future Player's Companion (The Game Mechanics) various stuff for d20 Future from one of the authors.

II. Genre supplements: The products below have received good (if not great reviews) and a few were Ennie nominated.

Blaxploitation
--- Solid! (Wingnut)

Cyberpunk
--- Terminal Idenity(Adamant Entertainment)

Dystopian 1970's Sci Fi
--- Damnation Decade (Green Ronin)

Espionage (Super Spies)
--- Blood and Secrets (RPGObjects)
--- Blood and Circuits
--- Blood and Circuits 2 (RPGObjects)

High School
--- Modern High (RPGObjects): Great aid for running games where the heroes are high school students in the vein of Buffy, Smallville, or Ninja High

Horror:
--- Blood and Blades (RPGObjects): Lots of movie slashers with the serial numbers filed off
--- Blood and Brains (RPGObjects): zombies
--- Blood and Spooks (RPGObjects): Ghosthunters

Martial Arts
--- Blood and Fists (RPGObjects): Yeah, I listed this in section 1, but it has information on running martial arts based campaigns
--- Martial Arts Mayhem (The Game Mechanics): I don't think the treatment of martial arts or the Advanced classes are as good as those from the Blood and Fists books. However, there is still goodness to be found between the covers.

Military:
--- Blood and Guts 2 (RPGObjects)

Post Apocalyptic
--- Darwin's World 2nd Edition (RPGObjects)

Pulp Adventures
--- Thrilling Tales: Omnibus (Adamant Entertainment) : a print version collecting most of the pdfs.

Space
--- Blood and Space 2 (RPGObjects) a couple of pdfs. I believe it requires d20 Future.

Superhero
--- Blood and Vigilance (RPGObjects). My preferred superheroes is Mutants and Masterminds. However, if you want d20 Modern for superheroes, this is the way to go.

Time Travel
--- Blood and Time (RPGObjects)

Victorian
--- Imperial Age (Adamant Entertainment)

Wild West
--- Sidewinder: Recoiled (Dog House/Green Ronin)

FWIW, if I wanted to do sci-fi d20, I'd probably adapt Star Wars Saga unless I was working on something I wanted to sell or there was already a really good adaptation of the setting I wanted out there.
