If you duel wield, wouldn't your best bet be Tempest from Masters of the Wild?

If he already has ambidexterity, two-weapon fighting, and improved two-weapon fighting, the Tempest isn't worth it at all. It would be easier to just take the Greater Two-Weapon Fighting feat. Then when you hit Epic, take the Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting feat, as that'll get you your fourth attack with your off-hand. Also, I'm sure there'll be an Epic level feat that's equivalent to Absolute Ambidexterity.

Kreynolds .. I fly at double my movement so I fly a 40 base speed ... as good as a human barbarian

And I have a Barbian with a constant movement rate of 80 and is always hasted. So mine is bigger than yours. ;)

For using two scythe I get -6 -6

My STR bonus to melee counter this ...

I just have to get a Belt of Strenght +6 and some other little neat stuff to get melee back up...

Kreynolds ... well me I fly ... :p with flyby I can hit and go back far from each ... but if you try to shoot me with you bow of strenght ... well ... it's not melle anymore :(

And Epic Level .... I got an ECL of +3 .. gimme a chanc eit will be long long long before i get there...

Epic level isn't always a option for most people though. it may be a long logn time before he can attan such levels.

An additional enhancement bonus isn't always an option either. Come to think of it, if you've earned enough XP to level, but you won't gain a feat, no matter what class you level up, a feat isn't always an option either, and neither would a new spell always be an option. ;)

I'm just lookin' forward to the ELH because I won't have to jack with the Tempest. I'm lucky that I do have one character that is at the perfect level to take the Tempest PrC, as I won't suffer from it.
