I'm not sure where, in there but i know there is a feat that makes any threat range and automatic critical. Ive read that book through afew times, but never seen any multiplier ones. I oculd be wrogn though.

Penetrating Shot, or Piercing Shot, or something like that. There's also another one exclusively for crossbows and firearms.

EDIT: Yep. Penetrating Shot, page 59 of the latest release.
