Arcane POwer Play

Stride of the Gallant strikes me as broken, too: An Encounter Utility that grants you a stance granting Teleport 3 (must end adjacent to an enemy) as a movement mode? Ummm, what? As long as you don't have any other stance powers, that's the same as making it an at-will power! (Now I want to create a Tiefling Swordmage named Nightcrawler... ;)

I suspect it should either be a Daily Stance or an Encounter non-stance power.
Considering the latest Fighter Stance powers that are encounter powers, I think it might be intentional. I am still not sure how well it is actually balanced, though.

I don't know about that. The Fighter Encounter Stance powers were well-balanced by the fact that certain actions (like spending a healing surge)turned them off. An Encounter Stance that works without limitation had better be a pretty minor benefit, or it could well be seen to be overpowered.

That said... what might be a better comparison would be Assassins, who essentially have an identical built in teleport at-will. If one considers that acceptable, a Utility power that does the same thing isn't the end of the world.

I think it is a bit much, myself, and would be pretty happy with it as a Daily that gave a slightly longer teleport distance.
