Arcane Prestige class needed.

Unless I missed something, dread necros can't be good and prestige paladins must be lawful good.

If its "homebrew" stuff, fine... But that's not so much optimization as ignoring game developer constraints. I could gave full spell progression off every spell list if j just homebrewed myself the ability...

Also unless I'm mistaken, the dread necro's ability to know all spells on its list applies only to the dread necro list, not to any lists in other classes. I know i wouldn't let that slip by in my games.

He specifically states an LG alignment. The idea that you can spontaneously cast off any list is nothing new, but his method is failsauce.

As far as I remember (and I should remember, since I was looking at this yesterday), that there is no Ex-Dread Necromancer section, so I used an Alignment Switch to Lawful Good after level 11 is achieved. So this build is completely possible, and not failsauce.

Yet it states unequivocally that the basis of the dread necromancers power is evil.

If you gain your power through the torture if souls you can't continue using those class features and then claim to be good.

Very true. However, when you say this, you imply that Necromancy is, in itself, evil. It is, however, not. You can have a lawful good Wizard (necromancer), and there's no problem. He still uses necromancy, he just uses it for good. Why is it, then, that a Dread Necromancer cannot do this?
Also, I found a thread of people talking, and the first few posts support me. The rest are on a different topic. Here

That depends entirely on the OP's DM's opinion on Positive/Negative energy and the inherant [Evil]ness of undead and all that jazz. It could be simply that he derives his powers from the natural revolution of life-death-life-death in perpetual motion or some other RP BS he comes up with.

Its not your job to police his character. He said its ok, so...it must be OK for him and his DM. Your opinion therefore means nothing.

Thrallherd, what did you think of Sacred Exorcist?

Why can't the dread necromancers power do this? Because the game rule information specifically states so.

Nowhere in the book does it say that Dread Necromancers lose their Spellcasting ability if they change alignment. And I take it you did not view the link I gave you? However, if you stubbornly refuse to believe that Dread Necromancers can be Prestige Paladins, then I ask you to express these views elsewhere. This thread was created to help me find a prestige class, not to discuss my build.
