I was someone who enjoyed Thieves Quarter, with its great variety of locations and NPCs, but found Temple Quarter to be less useful as a part of a city because it felt like the same thing over and over again (though it does work out fairly well as a "pantheon book"). After a quick read through Arcane Quarter I feel that the 3rd book returns to form with a good variety. I was very pleased to see that and I think it will work well as a section of a city as well as a collection of NPCs.

I don't think many parts of cities have bigger problems with flooding than others.

How soon we forget New Orleans.

I'm excited that this has been released, but really disappointed with the strange (to me) decision not to make it available via Lulu.
