Archspell E.D.

I apologize if my grammar offends anyone and/or if these questions has already been asked elsewhere.

If a lvl 30 bard [PHB2 page 66] has the Archspell epic destiny [AP page 144], can she use the Trusted Spellcasting feat [AP page 135] in conjunction with her Living Spell feature? This would make one daily arcane power do half damage on a miss. An example being Satire of Leadership daily lvl 29 power [PHB2 page 77] 5d10+Charisma modifier psychic damage would now do half damage on a miss, along with its other properties.

Dose the Dual Implement Spellcaster feat [AP page 125] extra damage and other miscellaneous damage increases count towards half damage granted by the Trusted Spellcasting feat?

Dose a lvl 30 Human [PHB page 46] Archspell have to expend her power effected by her Living Spell feature in order to benefit from the Arcane Reserves feat [AP page 124]?

As a lvl 30 Wizard of the Spiral Tower [PHB page 171] Archspell can you spend an action point to regain your Living Spell feature’s power using the Spiral Tower Action feature? Also a similar question with Epic Resurgence feat [PHB page 206] can I regain my Living Spell feature’s power?

If a lvl 30 human Adroit Explorer [PHB2 page 18] Archspell is blooded by an enemy can she use the Bloodied Greatness power with her Living Spell feature’s power?

That's a lot of questions! Unfortunately, very few will have perfectly clear answers.

1. I'd say so. I interpret Living Spell as removing a daily power and giving you an extra encounter power, with that power being considered an encounter power for all effects.

2. Yes. To find half damage, add up all damage done on a hit and halve it.

3. I'd say yes on this too.

4 and 5. Ditto.

Yeah, that gets really powerful! Of course, Archmage is the same way. Level 30 stuff gets crazy.
