Arcobatics and Moving Through Enemy Space

Not to derail the thread, but what do you think of my proposition (a couple of posts above this)?

A few points though:
1) Pass through provokes OAs as normal, if that wasn't clear (as you leave an adjacent square without shifting). Training in Acrobatics just makes it less deadly/risky.
2) It needs a better name. Something in the vein of bull rush, charge etc. Suggestions?
3) Acrobatic Feint was not meant to be usable with Pass through, although the current wording would suggest something of the sort. Just a risky alternative to shifting for those trained in Acrobatics.
4) I haven't tested the math for Acrobatic Feint, but I could see it being abused at higher levels (an average acrobatics check of 35 at 20th level makes you immune to up to 20 damage from an OA(35-15=20), which is at the higher end of the average damage of appropriate level monsters). So should there be increased DCs at Paragon and Epic (cumulative +5)?

Again, sorry if I'm derailing your thread Starfox. If you'd rather have me fork one for myself, let me know! :p

My latest idea on how to do this:

PH p 283 rules (add in bold) said:
You normally can’t move through an enemy’s space unless that enemy is helpless or two size categories larger than you or smaller than you.

The reasoning is that someone one size code larger is up to x8 as massive; there is no way such a pipsqueak can prevent you from moving. On the other hand, comparing an Ogre to a Goliath the difference in size is not so clear cut. This part does have flaws.

add to Acrobatics skill description said:
Bypass an Enemy
You can pass through the space of an enemy within one size category of you. Enemy space is difficult ground to you. You cannot move through the space of a creature that has hit you with an opportunity attack since beginning of your current turn.

This is a MUCH simplified version of what I wrote before. Note that you can ignore difficult ground by jumping, saving you the extra movement cost if you jump through the enemy square.

To Ravenheart: I don't mind your post at all and read it with interest; I just decided that was not the direction I wanted to go.
