Creative Conclave will continue putting out Lazy GM stuff for 3.5.

Whether we produce similar products for 4.0 will depend on (a) how onerous the new Open Licence is going to be and (b) if such a product is as useful under the new rules, which the writers claim simplifies monster modification.

It's been our plan at Bards and Sages since the original announcement of 4e to support both systems if possible. All this recent announcement really means is that we have to wait until 1/09. But our plan has always been to create 3.5 and 4th edition versions of future products

While Dreamscarred Press will be supporting 4E, we will continue to support 3.5 psionics, as well, as long as our fans continue to support us. We are in discussions on specifics, but dual-version releases may be a possibility for some of our products.

If it is allowed. One of the restrictions n the new OGL may well be "no dual statting". I have no evidence for this, but if I was trying to ensure that every 4E OGL product published directly supported 4E, I'd put it in the license.
