are editing mistakes fixed in new print runs?

Dawizard, I think it actually was. (They replaced all instances of "Mage" with "Wizard" )

1) Their Errata STILL didn't have all the Errata that John Cooper pointed out, if I recall correctly.

The first errata they gave for the book included most of John's errata, including some items that he got wrong. This was fixed with the second errata.

2) Unless that book sold SPECTACULARLY well, there won't BE a second print run.

Quite true.

I do believe however that WotC's policy is to incorporate errata in later print runs.

Very true - Wizards really takes the issue of quality seriously, even though their editing is lacking at times.
