Are Greyhawk and Forgotten Realms being combined into one setting?

I wish I knew where I found this, some years-old WOTC thread that I can't find anymore. The guy put started putting all the continents on one planet. Tried to do it logically and it ended up not as big as you would think.

I think it would be ok to join the two so long as there was a long and detailed explaination as to why and how.
One thing I can see is somthing akin to the Infinite Crisis DC had last year where Alex was joining worlds. What if some God or power mage was doing this or trying too.
Or what if they arent joining but become in the same Universe, almost like sister planets in the same orbit? Just throwing crap to the wall. Something has got to stick.
