Are Nick Logue's Promises of Refunds Empty?

Well, the week is up, and no refund from Nick. Gosh, I never saw that coming! Nick is so swamped making his other customers happy, that he hasn't quite got to me yet.

If you've gotten a refund from Nick this past week, please post a reply to let us all know. Come on, I know there must be a slew of you! This was the week that Nick was going to whittle down that pile of refund requests.

So, sound off, you ecstatic gamers everywhere!

I guess I could/should email him and get a refund. Although that was so long ago I can't even remember how much I paid for the darned thing. 30$ maybe? I've done stupider things with 30$. I don't really expect the money back and it's been gone so long from my bank account I don't really care too much [had I preordered multiple books or something, then I'd probably be more anxious about a refund]. I think what would annoy the heck out of me would be if he sold the book to someone else who published and I had to pay for it again. Although then the question would be: would I really buy it?

Although what's crazy is that according to his site, the book was finally SOOOOOO close to being completed when the site shut down.

Pre-ordered 3 products way back when, emailed in march early I think, no refund as of yet, still.

I sent him mail about a month ago and just got this back

The site is being re-done for the Demise of Sinister. Razor Coast is still coming out, as is Anarchist Gamemaster’s Cookbook, but all other projects have been cancelled and are being refunded. RC should be coming out by summer’s end, but if you’d like a refund, I can do that too!

I had asked him about an update rather than for an immediate refund. While I'm not happy with the situation I would still rather have the book.

a) I have received a response to my email from Nic.

b) I have received a refund for Ebon Shroud.

c) Nic has said that it is still his intention to release Razor Coast.

Yep, me too. I've waited a long time for RC and am prepared to continue to wait. Call me naive, but my gut just tells me that this is going to come out at some point and that it'll be excellent when it does. If not, then oh well, my bad.

It would be cool if it came out. I mean especially since it is fairly close now. I don't really miss my 30$ and that's the only book I preordered, so I'm gonna knock on wood and hope one day I come home from work and see the book sitting neatly by the door.
