are resistance bonuses to saves stackable?

If a 7th level wizard were to wear a Cloak of Resistance +2 (+2 resistance bonus to all saves) and were to cast Create Magic Tattoo (+2 resistance bonus to all saves) would his cumulative save bonus be +4 or are resistance bonuses not stackable?

Nope, not stackable. It would stay at +2.
