Are there any TTRPGs tailored to playing ordinary people trying to survive a kaiju attack?

Pretty much what the thread title says. I know there are plenty of RPGs where you theoretically could play as ordinary people trying to survive a kaiju attack (or a natural disaster, an artillery bombardment, or some other mass casualty event). But are there any RPGs whose core rules are designed to simulate those situations in particular?

Welle, you have Kaiju incorporated where you play the cleanup-crew after the Kaiju's been there.

Call of Cthulhu Great Old Ones are Kaiju that will drive you mad, but being (almost) helpless in the face of huge monsters is one persistent theme in the game. There are rules for various forms of exposure (radiation, poison, magic) to threaten to break the characters.

Your typical Call of Cthulhu character is getting into big messes unprepared.

FFG put out a series of RPG books using the genesys system (Star Wars Edge). I think there was an alien invasion one that had kaiju like beasties and the PCs are ordinary blokes. Im guessing its no longer in print but copies might be out there.
