well i am thinking taking the stats from a housecat, make it be able to swim and then give it the digging of some animal or some sort. Poison sounds like a a DC (13) or lose -4 pts in dex deal.
So looks like:
Hit Dice: 2d8 (8 hp)
Initiative:+2 (Dex)
Speed: 20 ft. (land) 30ft (water) 10ft (burrow)
AC: 14 (+2 size, +2 Dex)
Attacks:2 claws +4 melee, bite -1 melee, tail sting (poison???) melee

Face/Reach:2 1/2 ft. by 2 1/2 ft./0 ft.
Special Attacks
oison Tail sting (Save DC 13 or lose 1d4 pts of DEX)
Special Qualities:
