Mostly DM, I prefer to play but will DM in preference to no game. Some of my current group will DM 4e so now I am gatting some time in a player also.

Not sure how to type myself. I began playing, GMed for several years, took a long break from rpgs, started playing again last year, and will be GMing a new game this fall. I'd say I'm split 50/50, though I prefer GMing.

I may be stepping behind the screen again for the first time in 2 years- there's been some interest in a superheroes game...

I'd take that opportunity to introduce my fellow players to M&M or HERO (most likely the former- they're time constrained but familiar with D20 already, so the learning curve wouldn't be too bad), which would then open up learning W&W later on.

I'm typically behind the screen 90-95% of the time. While I enjoy DMing (Its a great creative outlet) I would like to Play a lot more. My ideal balance is probably 65-75% of the time DMing. Playing makes you a better DM and DMing makes you a better Player.

I should get a fair bit of play time this summer, one of my players is going home from college so I'm putting the campaign on hiatus over the summer and another player(who's never DMed) will be running. Should be interesting.

Fir the first time in 30 years of playing D&D, just about *everyone* in my groups wants to try their hand at DM.

Honestly, it's an incredible time.

Now that would be awesome :D

Although I love DMing, and do it the vast majority of the time for my friends, I wouldn't mind more playing time. Also, I think it's important for people to try DMing at least once or twice to be able to understand how things are from behind the screen.
