I'll be running a Savage Worlds adventure set in Necropolis 2350. The players only have 30 minutes (game time-not real time) to stop a train that has been taken over by...well, that would be telling...Needless to stay, they are going to have the, ahem, ride of their lives...;)

I'm picking up stuff (and getting a comic and maybe some dungeon tiles and dice maybe) tomorrow. Bringing some of my gaming group.

If there is a pickup game I can play in at the event I am totally in. This is unlikely.

I have just moved to the opposite end of the city, and am thrilled to have discovered a FLGs fairly close. In another city actually, Brampton. I havn't actually been there yet so it shall be a discovery.
Its strange but Toronto doesn't seem to really have a FLGs, there are a few stores with small collections of RPGs but thats it.

Since my store is hosting Free RPG Day, I guess I count as "organizing"...

No idea what the turnout is going to be like (I've only been open 4 months, so no last year to base it on), but I do know I have people coming from Buffalo (an hour away).

The D&D demo fell through, but I added a Savage Worlds demo, so there will be some roleplaying!

The first year Green Ronin did (because they didn't have it ready in time).

After that a number of companies put them up later (I am pretty sure they are obligated not to put it up the same day) including WotC.

In fact, Goodman Games already has a web expansion for their Amethyst giveaway here (it's on their website, too, but it seems to inaccessable right now).

The web supplement was done for a brief time but it's back up now. You can also get it from our site at Dias Ex Machina as well.
