Well, as I've convinced my FLGS (Goblin Games ) to take part I'll naturally be there!



Normally there's a convention nearby every halloween, but they've had some troubles this year so it'll be very small and I'll not be there.

Well, this is a sidetrack, but for modern adults, there just may not be time. Not everyone enjoys picking up and learning entire new rule sets, and not everyone does it quickly. Not everyone likes bumbling around until they develop basic competence in new rules. To these folks, it may well be better to just stick with what they know, so they can maximize their play-enjoyment.

To each their own, I say.

With the 3rd annual Worldwide D&D Gameday taking place, I was wondering how many here were planning on participating.

I count a total of 3 stores in the UK participating, all about 3 hours drive away, so no.
