I was just saying in my football text thread that the Bengals single-handedly murdered so many suicide pools and guillotine leagues and other variations on the theme.

They are the Grinch that stole opening day!

Enjoy the good times, even though you know they will not last. It's like the wonderful days of fall; you can't sit back and say, "Screw it. Winter is coming anyway."

Given the expectations coming in, you should be trash talking and skoaling everyone until the inevitable.

I did enjoy hearing Aaron Jones saying he has secretly wanted to be a Viking for some time now becasue of the Skol chant.

One thing I will say is that its been an odd season so far. I know its only 3 weeks in, but im not seeing any team, aside from the vikings, with a lot of consistency. Some of that is due to key injuries for teams, but many others are just unpredictable.
