Most of Snarf’s posts as I read them:Snarf didn't post Snarfs full post.
Snarf is the Chuck Norris of posters....he just has to announce that he's going to post and then.....
Heh. Yes, I mean Rowlings. My bad typing on the train.I assuming you don't mean Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings because that's a baffling assertion.
When Gandalf figured out the orcs were coming he would have shouted, "Raa-aaa-aaid!"You ever think what LotR would look like with thri-keen instead of hobbits?
Stop correcting my nightmares!termites would be more fitting thri kreen are mantis folk and thus are more related to roaches and termites than ants.
Human language is overrated. Yeah I said it.Tolkien is overrated. Yeah I said it.

I still really just don't see that at all. Other than the Strixhaven tie-in there isn't much harry potter in D&D, and D&D has just as much Tolkien as it has had since the estate sued TSR and forced them to file the serial numbers off. It has gained so many other influences from mad max to anime to HR Geiger that the Tolkien influence has certainly diminished as an overall proportion of what D&D is, but it's not any less.In any case, AFAIC, modern D&D shares far, far more DNA with JK than JRR and has done so for at least a decade, if not more.
So what you are saying is that your work was cast outside the Walls, through the Door of Night, to the Timeless Void?I just am not feeling it after losing what I already wrote. Finally start writing, and POOF.
I may come back to it, but seriously, that both sucked and blowed.
