Are you too serious?

The other day my youngest son had to skip to our mailbox and back, as part of his kindergarten "homework". Our driveway is about 1/3 of a mile long. You can imagine the fun we had, especially when his two younger sisters joined in. :)

The wife refers to me as her third child.

I skip with my daughter when shopping drawing many looks of horror and amusement from spectators

I talk dragons and star wars with my son which goes over the heads of the wife and listeners

I babble senselessly to amuse myself

and when I'm really really really bored I do movies. I once played all of the parts of the Blues Brothers during the church scene which brought many laughs from co-workers whom I didn't know were listening in.

The wife and I have been known to dance in the streets also which makes our kids hide their heads (smiling and laughing the whole time)

It's awesome to be bi-polar.

I've wanted to start a campus organization devoted solely to doing stunts such as getting a bunch of people to spend time "airplaning" (the run with arms spread thing) while singing airplane-related songs in public, or running a blood drive with a Hollywood horror monster theme (everyone's dressed up as really cheesy versions of the classic horror monsters). This is mostly because I think it's the best way to do the things I want to do without causing people to call the cops on me. I have a bunch of rediculous public stunts I want to do but would need some work to actually do.

As far as airplaning, I do it on occasion, though sadly not as much nowadays. I'd do it more often, but I like to do it with friends. (I'll do it on my own, but it's so much better when I can embarrass someone else too.) Likewise, any option to put on a silly costume is a good one. Also, I have once played Gargoyle (sit on a wall motionless, then jump out when people approach) for 2 hours straight. It was a glorious night.
