No, it takes a couple months. The screen should be in the next issue of Dragon.

If it makes you feel any better, I tried to subscribe right before Dragon #300 came out and missed the tricentenial issue. So I feel your pain.

They have said it's a subscriber-only thing... And since they do subscriber-only things in dungeon, I don't see why they wouldn't in Dragon.

The word I have is the store copies WILL have the DM screen, but the issue will cost $1 extra.

The DMs screen will be in the next issue of Dragon, either by subscription or in the store. If you subscribed early enough, you got the screen for free. If you buy it at the store, it will be a more expensive than usual issue.
