ARGH!!! Why Can't I Login to D&D Insider???

For some reason my password no longer works to sign into D&D Insider. How do I contact WotC customer support?

This whole Gleemax crap is a pain in the butt.

I figured out MY problem. I guess my cookie expired, and I was using the wrong email address to log in. I have more email addys than screen names.

I tried jumping through that very same hoop...three or four times, in fact. No luck at all. Apparently I'm currently not allowed to check out their Digital Initiative stuff and decide if it's something I'd be interested in paying for.

So I guess I won't.

The Migration mask didn't work for me at all. Hoping that my old Wotc forums account got transferred even with that I had Gleemax sent me a new password (the old one I tried via Migration was definitely correct) and used that to log into Gleemax and D&D Insider without problems. Strange world.
