Armor that punishes for CA

Does anyone know of armor that punishes foes that attack you with Combat Advantage?

I know the Righteous Armor (AV 48) does this, but I'm looking for something that comes in the flavor of scale mail.

Transfer Enchantment?

Off-hand, I don't know of any armor that punishes foes making attacks vs PCs who are granting CA.

PH: Razor Armor, right?

....nope. Never mind; I don't think such an armor (punishes foes with CA) exists currently (PH and AV).....

I can't think of armor either, but Adventurer's Vault has following neck slot item:
Evil Eye Fetish:
Property: An enemy with combat advantage against you
that hits you takes necrotic damage equal to this item’s
enhancement bonus

I think this is closest to what you're looking for

Hopefully such a thing doesn't become common, because it's basically an item purposefully built to screw a rogue over. Sure other characters gain a benefit from combat advantage, but the rogue needs it to fulfill his role.

of course rogues shouldn't be fighting party members since this isn't a PvPfest game

I'm afraid it's already common, If you've got two separate items that do it. I'm more concerned with the fact that it makes Polearm gamble entirely advantageous, especially in combination with uncanny dodge. Except against gobbos, and the rare other sneak attacker, who presumably aren't that common in paragon tier.

Well, that Evil Eye fetish ain't really that good, except against minions which it can auto-kill.
2 - 6 points of damage (level 8 - 28 item) is not something to be cheered about and it only works when you get hit by enemy with CA. So you'll be taking far more damage than you dish out via it.

Rogues, NPC rogues, Creatures with sneak attack etc.

It's kind of like having an item that says "whenever you are attacked with an arcane spell that attacks multiple creatures, deal X damage to the attacker".
