Arms & Armor by Bastion Press - any good?

I was thinking of getting Arms & Armor by Bastion Press and was wondering what those of you who have it thought of it.

I'm particularly interested in non-munchkin mundane weapons.

Thanks. :)

I bought it and really enjoyed it. Tons of mundane, non-munchkin weapons plus enough munchkin weapons to satisfy the munchkin crowd. A nice balance between the two.

It is jam-packed with tons of new arms & armor. :D

Hi Zander mate! :)

(and hello Kaptain Kantrip!) :D

I was thinking about getting this myself, I have read some interesting reviews on ENWorld.

Thanks v. much for your reply, Kaptain Kantrip. It sounds pretty good. Are the mundane weapons mainly European, Asian, other RL or pure fantasy?

If anyone else has opinions about A&A, do please let us know.

Hello Krusty :)

Hope you're well!

If I get A&A, I'll try to find the time to post a mini review.

BTW Drag Mag 292 only came out last week , so it may be a while before I can get you 293.

Take care,

Zander

Even though I don't have the A&A yet, I'm going to get it the next time I visit the LGS cause I've looked through it the last 2 times I've been in. I love it.

Just my two cents.

It has a mix of all types. There were probably a few more asian style weapons than I would have cared for (unless I were running an OA campaign). The book is the best value for your gaming dollar if you want new weapons and armor, far outstripping S&F and TQF, though TQF has a very nice selection of both.
