Hi, Kids and Kidettes!

Welcome to day 2 of the GenCon countdown! As promised, until GenCon rolls around, I'll be updating the DnD Iconics gallery DAILY (yeah!), with my take on these wacky characters!

So today we have everyone's favorite 3-foot-tall gal, Lidda the rogue!

Go check her (and Mialee as well) here:

So, what says you of this lacernous lass? :)

I find both really cool, and my girlfriend as well (and here tastes as far as art is concerned are much better than mine!). We both find that they look a lot better than in the books... BTW, what are you doing, work on the character for tomorrow! ;)

SUPER-nice, Claudio! Ohhh, Lidda. Why do you ignore my advances?

In honor of the Iconics, I decided that today's Bad Art is of Lidda. I'm just in a Lidda mood. Of course, it's a pretty crappy drawing, but it's still *her*.

swoon.

Thanks Klausey-Claudio... your Lidda's now the best Lidda I've ever seen, knocking Brom's cover painting for Song & Silence off the top place for me.

Keep 'em coming Claudio!

Just curious - is this just a general interest in the Iconics, or are you drawing Female Iconics as practice for a project of some kind? :)

Err...I thought Todd Lockwood had done Song and Silence's cover. I find Lockwood's art pretty hard to beat, myself.

Of course, this Lidda does have a lot more attitude ;)

*gasp* is that a RING in her hair??? Even Lidda is a munchkin now!

Not 'munchkin.' "Halfling."

By the way, Claudio, great job with the costume and pose, though something's a little off with her face. Actually, it might just be my perception, since I tend to think all your women's faces seem a little off. Although, at least Mialee doesn't look like a horse, as she does in the PHB.

Where are you going to be at GenCon? I'd like to come by and thank you for starting the trend of getting boardmembers working to write and illustrate games.
