D&D 5E Art in the PHB (not a rant)

I know a lot of people hate the art for the small folk in the Player handbook, and I can agree with most of it. On the other hand, I really like the Female Gnome at the beginning of the Gnome section of races. Does anyone know which of the myriad of artists did this picture, and where I can find more?

For what it is worth, my reason for liking it is that it is not a small elf. It it is a Gnome, represented as it's own race, instead of a small version of another race, and as such comes with its own proportions.

I found this picture on a Pintrest page, described as "male rock gnome wizard" by Rob Rey:

Wow, I wonder how I missed that on his site. Now that I see it, I remember it is in one of the books somewhere. Thanks a ton for that, I am gonna go find it.

EDIT: I found him, on page 92 of the DMG, which looks like it has quite a few better pieces than the PHB. I must have not really noticed them when considering my opinion of small folk art. Did WotC get a lot of blowback from PHB, and change their angle for the DMG?

Also, at the beginning of Chapter seven there is what appears to be a Gnome, pulling of some Mission Impossible work. Either that, or it is an elf stealing a very large helmet. If it is a Gnome, another good example IMO. There is also either a Gnome or a Halfling that looks pretty good at the beginning of Chapter eight. I think it is a halfling, because of the smaller nose, but that is about all I have to go on.
