WOW! Just flipping through all the pages quickly already can tell this thing is absolutely FULL of crunch!

Another sub-type feat here too. Guild Feats. I think this is the first time they have been shown.

Lets see we got here:
-Backgrounds
-Heroic, Paragon and Epic Feats
-Those Guild Feats mentioned above
-Multiclass Feats
-Technique Feats
-Paragon Paths
-Weapons (Garrote and Blowgun)
-Mundane Equipment
-Alchemical Items

Also find it funny how they even discuss alignment with assassins, obviously they read the boards :P

Noticed a rule error.

Fey Death grants an immediate reaction use of Fey Step when you reduce a target to 0 Hp. But, you can't use an Immediate action on your turn. So the only time that this could be used as an IR is if, say, ongoing damage you caused killed the target.

It's worth noting the Technique feats are similar to the Gladiator feats; they augment at-wills.

It's intriguing that the Multi-class feats also facilitate your at-will powers. The Bravo is also very suitable for Rangers and Avengers.

HO HO. The Garrot multi-class gives you body shield (ala the Bugbear) as a utility encounter!

This article makes it even more easy to make a ninja.

I got to say this article was made for me and the characters I play. I can see each one taking stuff from this, it is basically everything I would want... With perhaps a touch more mundane items (clockwork device type stuff) but that is being picky.

I could see lots of normal parties taking the Furtive Signals (Guild Feat). Being able to communicate simple messages silently has sooo many uses. Also being able to use Bluff to give others Combat Advantage or to Hide, damn!

Or if you killed them with an Opportunity Attack, or with an attack granted by another character (such as a warlord's Commander's Strike).

I certainly have some favorites among these.

Cutthroat is a pretty nice feat for warlocks.

Cruelcut style is very nice with Cleave, especially if you combine it with Untamed Berserker Style, and Deep Gash. It's a lot of feats though.

Harlequin Style with Brash Strike can essentially negate the penalty from combat advantage (against creatures that don't have special abilities with combat advantage). More useful for races with a charisma bonus like a Dragonborn.

Harlequin Style with Deft Strike is also very nice for the artful dodger. You can have an extremely high AC against the opportunity attack provoked by the move.

Hunting Wolf Style with Crushing Surge? Like the battlerager needed any more help.

Impending Doom Style with Twin Strike is something I'd certainly take as any kind of ranger.

Error Detected: Impending Doom style with Reaping Strike lets you mark any target you hit with Reaping Strike. Except only Fighters get Reaping Strike and they mark anyone they attack, regardless of hit or miss. This is probably supposed to apply to Cleave.

Anything I'm missing there?

The warlock paragon path is pretty sweet for people who want to absolutely lock down the opposition.

Fey Death can be fixed by making the use of fey step a free action.

The one that really makes me wonder what they had in mind is the Epic Tier feat Critical Ambush:
Benefit: If you score a critical hit with a weapon you can Sneak Attack with, you can apply your Sneak Attack damage if you have it available.
If you have your sneak attack damage available, and you are attacking with a weapon you can sneak attack with, can't you just apply your sneak attack damage as normal?

EDIT: Thinking about it a little, what was probably intended is to apply your Sneak Attack damage as extra damage to a critical hit, i.e. your normal Sneak Attack damage is maximized for a critical hit, and you deal additional damage equal to your normal Sneak Attack (rolled, not maximized).

I assume it means that you get to deal sneak attack damage even if you don't have combat advantage, if you score a critical hit with an appropriate weapon.

Another weird error...in the power descriptions for the feats that augment at-wills all reference to Martial Power have been replaced with references to Manual of the Planes.

I think my fey warlock is taking cut-throat style at second level. :)
