"Historical Author Margaret Frazer Joins The Art of War"
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- (April 17th, 2003) – Troll Lord Games announced today that Margaret Frazer, the award-winning author of historical mysteries, will be joining the production team for the summer 2003 release of The Art of War.
Margaret Frazer is best known for the Dame Frevisse series of historical mystery novels set in medieval England. That series, including the
Edgar-nominated titles The Servant's Tale and The Prioress' Tale, now includes twelve books. The next book in the series, The Hunter's Tale, is scheduled for release in 2004, and a new series – starring the player Joliffe – will appear in
stores with The Play of Isaac in the summer of 2004.
Margaret Frazer will be contributing her historical knowledge to The Art of War as both a consultant and in the form of heraldic designs from medieval Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Margaret Frazer will be appearing at the 38th International Congress on Medieval Studies May 8th to 11th at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Margaret Frazer won the Herodotus Award for the short story "Neither Pity, Love, Nor Fear" in 1999. She has been nominated for the Edgar Award twice and the Minnesota Book Award twice.
